Is the booking deposit refundable?

No unfortunately the deposit is non refundable, unless we are able to resell the dates booked.

Can i pay for my holiday in instalments?

Yes we have multiple payment options available:

  • Pay in Full
  • Pay in instalments via Direct Debit, to set this up please click here and then contact us for a suitable payment plan
  • Pay the non-refundable booking deposit to secure your dates and then pay the remaining balance 6 weeks before you are due to arrive.
 
I want to make a booking how much do i need to pay?

To secure the dates all we require is a £75 deposit, however you can pay more than this if you wish to do so.

Do we need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, all our bookings require a Security Deposit of £100 which is fully refundable providing our holiday home is left as you found it.

What time can we check in from and what time do we have to check out?

You can check in anytime from 4pm, there isn’t a set time that you have to check in by due to our keys being left within a safe at the caravan.

Check out time is 9am.

If you need a later check out please contact us, however we cannot guarantee this.

What is included in the booking/caravan and what do we need to bring?

Included: Bedding, Fully equipped kitchen with Fridge & Freezer, Bedding, Gas & Electric, Sky TV, WiFi

Not Included: Towels(Kitchen & Bath),Toiletries, Entertainment Passes.

Do you have WiFi in the caravan?

Yes we have unlimited WiFi in the caravan this is provided to all our guests free of charge.

Are entertainment passes included and if not how much are they?

Entertainment passes are not included, these will need to be purchased online via your arrival email received or from reception onsite.

Is there lots to do onsite?

Yes, there’s plenty to do onsite from the beach & amusement arcade through the day to the ShowBar on an evening. Click here too see the opening/closing times of the venues onsite.

How accessible are the facilities at Reighton Sands?

Is the park wheelchair friendly? No, the park is quite hilly, but you can hire wheelchairs or hoists from Scarborough Mobility – scarboroughmobility.co.uk or 01723 377515.

Access There is ramp access for wheelchair users to reception and the main complex.

How long would it take you to walk from the furthest point in the park to facilities? 5 minutes.

Parking: There are Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.

Swimming pool: A pool hoist or handrails are available upon request. There are sloping-style steps leading into the indoor pool.

Changing area: There is one disabled changing area with a toilet.

Access to sea/beach: Access is via a steep slope. A beach tractor train runs every day when it’s dry, 9am – 4pm.
