Should you wish to cancel your booking our normal T&C’s/Cancellation terms still apply and you will not be refunded unless we can resell the dates. We have always advised in our T&C’s that customers are responsible for taking out their own travel insurance. Anyone who has purchased travel insurance prior to 11th March should seek advice from their insurer.
Should Haven close the facilities onsite no refund shall be given as you are booking to stay in our accommodation therefore we are still able to provide our service without disruption however we may look at offering alternative dates but this will be entirely at our discretion.
Should Haven close the park no refund will be offered however we will allow you to reschedule your holiday within a 12 month period of your original arrival date, if you have taken out travel insurance please seek advice from your insurer.
