It's been a long time coming, there's been plenty of preparation, months of waiting but it is almost time for us to reopen our parks!
We are pleased to announce that we will be welcoming holidaymakers back to our parks in England on Monday 6 July.
We're also preparing to welcome holidaymakers back to our Welsh Parks from Monday 13 July and to our Scottish Parks from Friday 17 July. We are just awaiting final Welsh and Scottish Government confirmation.
We cannot wait to welcome guests and start the summer!
We've been busy over the last few months, making sure our parks are safe and secure for everyone when we open. Our new Clean and Safe Charter has been designed to ensure we are protecting our guests in these uncertain times, and giving reassurance that all public areas and private caravans will be scrupulously clean whilst adopting social distancing guidelines in all public areas.
FAQ'S relating to the Covid-19 outbreak:
What Steps are you taking when you open to keep guests safe?
- Our cleaning team will be spending much longer in the caravan and focusing alot more on High Touch Areas,
- We have installed a hand sanitising unit on the wall opposite the door, to keep you, our cleaning team and ourselves safe,
- We have purchased some Anti-Bacterial wipes & Dettol hand soap. Each booking will be provided with 1 Pack of wipes and 1 bar of soap, these are yours to keep once you vacate our caravan.
I wish to make a new booking but im worried that it may get cancelled, will i be covered?
We are currently accepting booking from the 6th July onwards, should your booking be affected then you are covered for either an amendment in dates or a full refund.
What happens if i wish to cancel my booking because of Covid-19?
Should you wish to cancel your booking our normal T&C's/Cancellation terms still apply and you will not be refunded unless we can resell the dates. We have always advised in our T&C's that customers are responsible for taking out their own travel insurance. Anyone who has purchased travel insurance prior to 11th March should seek advice from their insurer.
